Good quality, delivery took a while

I bought a Silk Shirt and it's really nice, just as expected. The fabric feels luxurious. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long for an item at this price point. Packaging was very secure and presentable though. Overall happy with the shirt.

Reliable for quality items

I've ordered from Burberry before, mainly accessories. This time I got a Check Cashmere Scarf during their summer sale. They typically have big seasonal sales, like a summer one around June and a winter one after Christmas. You can get 30-50% off select items then. It's not like they do discount codes though.

Naw, no codes ever. But keep an eye out for those seasonal sales. Sometimes they have private sales too, if you're signed up for their emails. That's usually the best time for bigger purchases.

hey, was looking at getting one of those trench coats, but worried about sizing. do they run true to size, or should i size up/down?

I found them pretty true to size, especially the Kensington. But if you're really unsure, they have free returns so you could order two sizes and send one back.

Yeah, I think it depends on the fit you want too. The Chelsea is more fitted, so if you want to layer under it, maybe go a size up? I've heard the Waterloo is a bit roomier though.
